* This is a national field / home based role (with national travel).
* This role is a people management role managing 2 direct reports (Area Sales Managers), 1 Regional Sales Manager with 5 indirect reports.
* This role requires managing 2 National Accounts (IDS and Headlam Group) at head office procurement level as well as local regional branches.
* As National Account Manager / National Sales Manager you will research and identify new product opportunities as well as analysing market trends and competitor analysis.
* You will be tasked with growing POS units with wholesale retail partners.
* You will manage around £20M channel.

The candidate for the National Account Manager role
* 5 years people management experience
* Key Account Management experience ideally with IDS or Headlam
