We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our Goldmine commercial team. You’ll play a key role in supporting and growing Citywire’s client relationships through high-quality, data-driven email marketing campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on commercial experience within a fast and collaborative environment, while learning how marketing drives results for top asset managers and financial institutions. What you’ll be doing: Support the delivery of Goldmine campaigns, from client briefing and list building to review and reporting. Help manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and successful campaign outcomes. Coordinate with Sales, Digital Production, and Audience Development teams to deliver campaigns smoothly. Monitor campaign performance and contribute insights that demonstrate impact. Participate in client calls and internal meetings to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Keep up to date with client activity, competitor trends, and marketing best practices. What we’re looking for: Interest in Marketing & Client Success: Passion for understanding campaigns and driving client results. Organisation: Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail. Communication: Strong written and verbal skills, confident working with clients and internal teams. Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using data to monitor performance and generate insights. Industry Awareness: Interest in finance, investments, or media is helpful but not required.
