Reed Marketing & Creative are partnered with a hugely successful and growing business, who are looking for a Social Media Executive to join their marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Manage and deliver content across several brands simultaneously.
Create and edit social media graphics using tools such as Canva.
Maintain consistent brand tone and messaging across all channels.
Support engagement activities including comment and DM monitoring.
Produce short‑form video content including event promotions, exhibitor highlights, behind‑the‑scenes footage and thought‑leadership content.
Appear confidently on camera when requiredSkills & Experience Required:
2-3 years' experience in a social media or marketing role.
Proven success in driving engagement on high‑reach platforms.
Strong ability to shoot and edit short‑form video content.
Confident communicator with strong on‑camera presence.
Excellent understanding of platform behaviours and content trends.
Experience with tools like CapCut, Adobe Suite, Canva or similar.
Familiarity with scheduling platforms such as Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite or HubSpot.
Well‑organised, proactive and able to work at pace.
Basic understanding of performance metrics (engagement, reach, retention).In return you will receive a competitive salary depending on experience + bonus + excellent benefits + hybrid working (4 days office 1 days home).
