Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join secondary schools within the Wirral. Successful Cover Supervisors will possess strong behaviour management skills and an understanding of secondary education across a variety of subjects. This role offers the flexibility to work up to five days per week, supporting schools with daily cover and classroom supervision.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for preparing classrooms, delivering pre-prepared lessons, and maintaining a positive and structured environment for students. The position involves engaging learners through classroom and lab-based activities, adhering to each school's behaviour management policies, and demonstrating flexibility and enthusiasm across a range of subjects.
The ideal candidate will have at least three months of experience working with children, hold a degree or equivalent qualification, and have a current Enhanced DBS check on the update service or be willing to obtain one. Strong behaviour management, organisational skills, and the right to work in the UK are essential requirements for this role.
