JOB DESCRIPTION
Pay Rate: £30,000
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday - Friday - standard office hours
Location: Heathrow - TW6 2GA
PLEASE NOTE: The role is based within an airport. You will be required to undergo a security/background check if you are to be successful for this position.

We're seeking a Training First Line Manager to play an integral role in our aviation contract, delivering a first-class service and achieving fantastic results.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
1. Plan training to meet demands of the cabin cleaning operation
2. Liaise with Agency Partners to ensure recruitment pipeline, induction and training is a smooth process
3. Ensure ID packs are compliance to CAA recruitment standard (part of managing administration team)
4. Work with key on site stakeholders to ensure training planned is execute
5. Ensure training is executed for new and existing colleagues

6. Considerable Aviation training knowledge
7. Proven development of a team and self
8. Strong leadership and coaching with strong interpersonal skills
9. A good understanding, knowledge and experience of Aviation Ground Handling
10. Knowledge of Airlines and Airport Authority regulations
11. Forward thinker and planner
12. Excellent communication skills to communicate well at all levels
SECURITY PROCESS TO WORK WITHIN AVIATION AND TRAVEL AT DHL
13. Be able to provide five years address history
14. Be able to provide five years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
15. To obtain a full airside ID
