HYGIENE SUPERVISOR
Location: Sittingbourne, Kent – COOK Classic Kitchen
Hours: Monday – Friday 2pm – 10pm
Pay rate : £27,476.80 per year (yes this include paid breaks)
As Hygiene Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in making sure our team has the spotless equipment and hygienic environment they need to create remarkable food every day.

The Role
Inspiring your team* – coaching Porters and Cleaners (including night shift) to take pride in their work, stay motivated, and feel part of something bigger
Championing standards* – ensuring hygiene tasks are planned, completed, and compliant with food safety, H&S, and legal regulations
Creating calm and confidence* – maintaining clean, safe spaces that allow others to do their best work
Taking ownership* – managing cleaning stock, PPE, and chemical supplies responsibly and efficiently
Improving the system* – finding smart, sustainable ways to keep standards high and costs low
Supporting cross-team success* – working with other departments to make sure equipment and spaces are ready for action
Documenting with care* – keeping hygiene records that reflect the pride we take in every detail
