We’re on the lookout for a Contracts Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. If you’re organised, detail-focused, and confident handling multiple tasks while working with contractors, suppliers, and clients—this could be the role for you.
🔧 The Role:
You’ll play a vital part in keeping things running smoothly by:

Updating client portals with job completion details
*
Ensuring data aligns with schedules of rates, labour, and materials used
*
Managing invoices using Construction Manager software
*
Communicating with clients and customers via phone and email
*
Arranging appointments and providing regular updates
*
Raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers
*
Providing reception cover on a rota basis
✅ What We’re Looking For:
*
Previous experience in a similar role (ideally within reactive repairs or social housing)
*
Strong administration and data analysis skills
*
Experience with Construction Manager or similar job management software
*
Confident communicator – phone and email
*
Strong team player who can also work independently
*
Organised, proactive, and reliable
