We’re representing a leading organisation looking for a Senior Manager to drive Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental excellence across their business. What you’ll do: Lead the development and execution of the organisation’s HSQE strategy, aligning with ISO standards and industry best practice. Advise senior leadership on HSQE performance, risks, and emerging issues. Champion a proactive, forward-thinking approach to risk management and operational excellence. Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, and certification requirements. Oversee audits, inspections, and supplier/contractor compliance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. Lead sustainability initiatives, environmental management, and corporate social responsibility programs. Develop and empower teams, embedding HSQE principles into everyday business operations. What we’re looking for: NEBOSH, IOSH, and IEMA qualifications; professional membership (CMIOSH, CIQ, IEMA, ASQ) desirable. Minimum 5 years’ senior leadership experience in HSQE, preferably in complex or multi-site operations. Proven experience implementing ISO management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001) and leading audits/certifications. Strong knowledge of HSQE regulations, standards, and frameworks.
