We are pleased to be working in partnership with a key client within construction in Livingston and are looking for a Customer Services Advisor to join their team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our customers by managing enquiries and complaints relating to works carried out on behalf of our client, while providing clear and timely updates on progress. Hours: 8am-4.30pm Salary: upto £35,000 DOE in industry The Role: You will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer queries, ensuring customers feel listened to, informed, and supported throughout their journey.
