Job Title: RGN Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager
Location: Canterbury, Kent
Salary: £21.50 - £22 per hour, dependent on experience
Hours: 36 hours per week (24 hours clinical, 12 hours supernumerary)
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced RGN Clinical Lead to join our small, home-like nursing home in the heart of Canterbury. The successful candidate will work closely with the Current Manager to ensure the highest standards of care for our residents. This role is ideal for an RGN with over 5 years of experience since obtaining registration.
Responsibilities
* Provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing team
* Assist in the management and development of the care home
* Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines
* Conduct assessments and create care plans for residents
* Support, mentor, and develop the nursing staff
* Maintain a safe and caring environment for residents
Requirements
* RGN qualification with current NMC registration
* Minimum of 5 years post-registration experience
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to maintaining high standards of care
