Manage HR processes including recruitment, induction, appraisal, absence, payroll administration, and staff wellbeing. Lead and develop the school office and administrative systems, ensuring strong communication and GDPR compliance. Provide expert advice to the Headteacher and Governing Body on financial, resource and business matters. Support budget setting, financial monitoring, audit compliance and reconciliation processes. Prepare reports for the Governing Body, Ofsted, Local Authority and other stakeholders. Lead on risk management and business continuity planning. What We’re Looking For Professional qualification in business management or equivalent experience. Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. CIPD, NEBOSH) (Desirable) Knowledge of education sector regulations and safeguarding requirements (Desirable) Strong leadership and staff management skills. Knowledge of HR processes, employment law and staff development. Experience in premises, health & safety, and risk management. Understanding of financial processes, including budgeting, payroll and procurement. Excellent communication, organisational and ICT skills. Ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines. Financial management experience.
