As a Customer Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, helping to deliver essential services to the community. * Lead your team on shift, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient operations. * Motivate and coach your team members to reach their full potential. * Work hands-on on the shop floor, supporting daily operations and setting high standards for yourself and your team. * Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes. * Promote Co-op values by engaging with the local community and driving membership growth.
