Maintenance Technician (Mobile FM) Salary: £29,000 per year Location: Manchester Type: Permanent We are recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Technician to join a growing Facilities Management team, supporting a portfolio of customer sites across the North West. This role is ideal for someone practical, organised, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment, delivering high standards of compliance and customer service. The Role You will be responsible for carrying out routine planned maintenance and compliance tasks across multiple sites, ensuring health & safety standards and KPIs are consistently met.
