Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Valuation and Partnership Manager to join our team. This newly created role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual to make a significant impact by overhauling our leads and valuation process, managing repeat business, and nurturing our loyal customer base. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and nurturing partnerships with other agents to expand our network and market reach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for all valuation inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
* Develop and implement strategies to streamline the leads and valuation process.
* Assess current procedures and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
* Implement retention strategies to encourage repeat business and foster long-term loyalty.
* Proactively identify and approach potential partner agents to establish mutually beneficial relationships.
* Negotiate partnership terms and agreements
* Collaborate with partner agents to maximise market opportunities.
* Provide ad hoc cover as a Valuer within the team covering specific absences.
Alongside the above we need you:
* Maintain meticulous records of valuation requests, customer interactions, and partnership agreements.
* Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills with the ability to self-manage effectively.
* To be a strong communicator both internally and externally, representing the company professionally at all times.
Skills and experience:
* Proven experience in a similar role within an Estate Agency/Auction Agency or the property industry.
* Highly motivated and driven to succeed, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
* Exceptional organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
* Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture relationships with clients and partners.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant CRM software.
