Salary: £28, base + commission | OTE £55,
Job Type: Full-Time (Part-Time Considered, Pro-Rated Salary)
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a skilled and passionate Personal Trainer to join one of the UK’s most exclusive private Golf and Country Clubs. Located within a prestigious private estate in the leafy suburbs of London, this renowned Club offers elite-level health and fitness facilities, including championship golf courses and a state-of-the-art Tennis & Health Club.
As a Personal Trainer, you'll become an integral part of a world-class wellness team, supporting a highly discerning membership base. Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction & Training:
1. Conduct in-depth fitness assessments and consultations tailored to individual member goals.
2. Design and deliver bespoke training programmes across a variety of fitness levels and needs.
3. Provide engaging, safe, and progressive personal training sessions.
4. Lead a minimum of 5 group classes per week within contracted hours.
5. Maintain regular check-ins to motivate and track member progress.
Member Engagement:
6. Foster lasting relationships and create a welcoming, professional atmosphere.
7. Promote additional wellness services aligned with members’ goals.
8. Support member retention by delivering consistently high service standards.
Facility Standards & Safety:
9. Monitor fitness areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and correct use of equipment.
10. Educate members on exercise techniques to prevent injuries.
11. Maintain the overall cleanliness and presentation of the training areas.
Professional Development & Admin:
12. Stay up to date with industry trends and training methodologies.
13. Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities.
14. Accurately document client progress and adhere to club policies.
Candidate Requirements:
15. Level 3 Personal Training certification (REPs or CIMSPA recognised).
16. First Aid, CPR/AED certification (preferred).
17. Minimum 3 years' experience in a premium fitness or private club setting.
18. Strong communication skills and ability to connect with high-net-worth clientele.
19. Team-oriented with a professional, polished, and motivating demeanour.
20. Degree in Exercise Science, Sports Science, or related field (desirable).
