We’re looking for a Paid Social & Paid Search Executive / Manager to join a well-established agency in Leeds. This role sits within a collaborative team that genuinely values good work and good people.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll sit at the heart of social and paid delivery… planning, executing and optimising campaigns, while collaborating closely with creative, PR and digital teams.
Your day‑to‑day will include:
* Developing and executing social and paid media strategies across multiple clients
* Managing paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Google
* Supporting organic social planning and content strategy
* Reviewing performance, optimising campaigns and reporting clearly to clients
* Briefing assets and working closely with copywriters and designers
* Acting as a key client contact, building trust and becoming their go‑to comms expert
* Working cross‑functionally with PR, account management, creative studio and digital teams
What You’ll Bring
* Strong experience running paid campaigns across social and Google
* Solid understanding of organic social media management
* Confidence developing strategies and executing them end‑to‑end
* Experience handling client contact and managing relationships
* Comfortable collaborating with different departments to deliver integrated campaigns
* An organised, proactive approach -someone who keeps things moving
