Monarch Education is seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner with SEND specialism to join a nurturing nursery school in Northfield. This is an exciting opportunity for a caring and experienced practitioner to work in a supportive environment, helping young children with additional needs to develop and thrive. The ideal candidate will have a recognised Early Years qualification (minimum Level 3) and experience working with children with SEND. This role is term-time only, aligning with school hours, providing a fantastic work-life balance while making a positive impact on children's early development. Key Responsibilities: Support the developmental needs of children with SEND within the nursery setting Plan and deliver inclusive, engaging activities tailored to individual needs Foster a safe, caring, and stimulating environment that promotes learning and development Work collaboratively with SENCOs, parents, and external professionals to support children's progress Support children's social, emotional, and physical development Maintain accurate records of children's progress and any support provided Encourage independence and confidence in each child Candidate Requirements: Recognised Early Years qualification, minimum Level 3 (e.g., CACHE Level 3, BTEC, or equivalent) Experience working with children with SEND in a nursery or early years setting Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills Compassionate, proactive, and flexible approach Commitment to inclusive practices and supporting children with additional needs Monarch Education are proud to be a leading recruitment specialist in the Education industry.
