The Role
We are looking for an experiencedHead Chefto lead ourMeetings & Events kitchen.
This is a high-volume, fast-paced operation where consistency, organisation and leadership are key.
Key responsibilities:
1. Deliver high-quality food across weddings, conferences and events
2. Lead, organise and develop the M&E kitchen brigade
3. Manage multiple service styles (plated, buffets, canapés)
4. Maintain strong control over food cost, labour and wastage
5. Work closely with Sales and Operations to ensure smooth event delivery
6. Drive standards, consistency and continuous improvement
About You
7. Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in ahigh-volume environment
8. Strong organisational and leadership skills
9. Calm and structured under pressure
10. Commercially aware with a focus onGP and efficiency
11. Passionate about delivering quality at scale
