Key Responsibilities
* Support students in accessing learning and managing behaviour
* Work closely with teachers and other professionals to deliver tailored support
* Assist in implementing individual education plans (IEPs)
* Promote emotional wellbeing and positive social interactions
* Contribute to a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment
Requirements
* Previous experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs is essential
* A calm, empathetic and resilient approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
