Job Description
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company objectives within the B2B food market
* Manage and grow key client relationships with the Food Manufacturers
* Optimise existing contracts and further Identify new business opportunities
* Cross functional workings with the NPD, innovators, chefs, food creators, designers and deliverers
* Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximise profitability
* Maintain a thorough understanding of the FMCG industry and its evolving landscape within B2B
The Successful Applicant
A successful Commercial Manager - B2B Food will have:
* Strong experience within Foodservice, preferably Ingredients into the Food Manufacturers
* Strong negotiation and communication skills to manage client relationships effectively
* Problem solver with the ability to service clients needs within a commercial framework
* Experience in developing and implementing strategic business plans
* The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams inc. NPD, Technical, Chef's etc.
