Position: Dispute Resolution Lawyer
Location: Yeovil or any other Battens office location
Work Hours: 9:00 am - 5:15 pm, Monday-Friday (Flexibility available)
Salary: Starting from £38,000 for newly qualified

As a Dispute Resolution Lawyer at Battens, your duties will include:
* Meeting and advising clients on claims.
* Preparing legal documents.
* Understanding and implementing the SRA Code of Conduct.
* Conducting legal research.
* Providing advice on all aspects of personal and commercial litigation (We have a separate property dispute department)
We are looking for a client-focused, organised lawyer with at least two years of post-qualification experience to join our well-regarded Dispute Resolution team.
