Job Title: Supply Teacher Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Hazel Grove Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £130 - £150 Per day Job Duties: Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher Implement lesson plans provided by the school or create own lesson plans when required Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment Assess student's work and provide constructive feedback Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to support student learning Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and student needs Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Previous experience working as a teacher or supply teacher Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of the national curriculum Proficient in classroom management techniques Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications or training in special education or specific subject areas Experience working with students with diverse learning needs Working Conditions: Work in various schools within the designated area Potential for short notice assignments Collaborate with different school staff and students on a daily basis All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
