Project Manager/Senior Site Manager - Social Housing (Refurbishment)
Location: East Midlands Region (multiple vacancies available)

Prosper Recruitment is partnering with a highly successful, market-leading main contractor renowned for expertise in social housing refurbishment and retrofit projects across the North of England. As the company embarks on an exciting growth and strategic development phase, and with a new regional division in Yorkshire, they are seeking Project Managers and Senior Site Managers to support their expansion.
Due to new projects, our client is looking to recruit Project Managers and Senior Site Managers immediately. The role involves overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including planning, delivery, logistics, delegation, and ensuring safety, timeliness, budget adherence, and contractual compliance.
Your responsibilities will include creating a positive Health and Safety culture, supervising construction workers, tools, and materials, and conducting safety inspections.
Daily Responsibilities:
1. Oversee operational duties from inception to completion, promoting health and safety.
2. Plan, schedule, and coordinate project strategies and design.
3. Manage the construction process, supervising all on-site activities.
4. Ensure safety through risk management and assessments, enforcing safety procedures.
5. Build and maintain relationships with key contacts and report progress.
6. Manage and develop reporting staff.
7. Maintain social value awareness.
Requirements:
* Good knowledge of construction, building regulations, and legal guidelines.
* Experience in housing refurbishment with a Social Housing Main Contractor, Local Authority, or Social Housing Provider.
* Strong organizational and programming skills.
* Good initiative and logical thinking.
* Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
* Leadership skills and ability to influence.
* SMSTS, First Aid at Work, CSCS Card.
Package:
* £40,000 - £55,000 basic salary depending on experience.
* Company car (electric) or £6k car allowance per annum.
* Profit-related annual bonus (up to 15%).

Additional Requirements:
* At least 2 years' experience as Project Manager or Senior Site Manager in social housing refurbishment.
* SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and current CSCS Card.
