White Label are working with an established UK manufacturer of capital medical equipment to support the hire of a Regional Sales Manager covering a specific territory, including Darlington down to Chelmsford. With over 70 years of healthcare expertise, this company develops and supplies cutting-edge infrastructure solutions used in hospitals and private healthcare settings across the UK and internationally. This is a highly technical, solutions-based sales role focused on new business development across a key UK territory. The ideal candidate will be a confident “hunter” with a strong track record in capital sales – someone who thrives on building pipeline, forging new relationships, and taking opportunities through the sales cycle. The Role: * Drive new business within a specific territory covering the A1 corridor from Darlington, North Yorks, West Yorkshire and South Yorks and down to Northamton and Chelmsford * Engage with NHS Trusts, contractors, healthcare estates teams, architects, and consultants * Sell a portfolio of capital equipment medical products * Attend regular pipeline reviews with the Sales Director and maintain accurate CRM records * Typical project values range from £2k to £1.8m – some spanning up to 3 years What We’re Looking For: * A strong background in capital equipment sales * Technically capable – able to grasp power and electro-mechanical systems * Ideally from an engineering or construction type background What’s on Offer: * Basic salary £45,000 * Car allowance (£500/month) mileage * Generous bonus & commisison structure in place * Laptop, phone and home-working kit * 25 days holiday bank holidays * Pension * Death in service
