What's involved with this role: Temporary Site Administrator Reference no: VLA 5248552 Pay rate: £12.44 per hour PAYE Hours per week: 42.5 Monday – Friday, 07:45 – 16:15 This opening assignment is for 3 months City: WARRINGTON, Merseyside A Site Administrator is required to be responsible for some key areas of the site such as weighbridge operation, purchase ordering on the Workday and Infor platforms, along with compliance concerning weights of vehicles leaving the site and compliance of all loads leaving the site in reference to EWC codes and general office duties, filing etc. Key responsibilities: Operation of the weighbridge. Raising Purchase orders on Workday. Raising Purchase orders on Infor. Receipting of the orders on the same platforms. Compliance of loads arriving and leaving the site (EWC codes). General filing and office duties. Keeping the filing systems up to date with latest updates of documentation for site. Occasional liaison with contractors. Formal Health & Safety qualification (IOSH) desirable. Experience: Excellent office/administrative experience. Fully conversant with EWC codes for Compliance Purposes Able to operate and be conversant with the Infor platform. Experience of and be conversant using the Workday platform. Weighbridge experience desirable. Waste experience desirable. Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role or context and ideally within a public sector organisation. Knowledge: Good knowledge of Waste protocols desirable. Good knowledge of Google Suite and computerised systems. Good understanding of the operating processes of the site. Skills & Abilities: Able to operate and be conversant with the Workday Platform. Excellent telephone and communication skills. Excellent office management skills. Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite).
