Leo Group Ltd is one of the leading specialists in processing animal by products and renewable energy. We play a critical role in the food and agricultural industries collecting and processing material which is converted into meals and oils for use in pet food, cosmetics, oleochemicals and renewable fuel.

This role is for a proactive person who will take on recruitment for the Group.


Responsibilities

* Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., social media and professional platforms as well as cold calling and head-hunting as required).
* Draft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
* Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
* Interview candidates (via phone, skype, MS Team, video and in-person).
* Advertise job openings on companys careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
* Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to Managers.
* Engage with potential candidates on salary and benefits expectations.
* Network with various institutions and social media.
* Handle administration and record‑keeping.
* Develop own network of suitable candidates.
* Prepare robust, insightful sourcing and branding plans to attract all potential candidates.
* In conjunction with the Group HR Admin / Payroll Manager prepare job offers and follow through on any potential questions/queries from candidates.
* Assist with Tier 1 & Tier 2 Visa.
* Check Right to Work of all candidates.
* Other ad hoc duties as required.


Person Specifications

* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
* Interpersonal skills externally and internally: must have the ability to work with various departments on filling open positions and fostering teamwork.
* Decision‑making skills – must be able to review candidates applications and decide whether or not they meet the qualifications to be considered for positions.
* Excellent work ethic dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
* Good time and project managing skills.
* Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Must be able to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
* Understands real job needs at technical and results level.
* Prepares robust, insightful sourcing and branding plans to attract all potential candidates.
* Great organizer.
* Must show initiative and be proactive.

Hours: 40 per week, Monday - Friday

Job Type: Permanent
