Job Description Please note that our client DOES NOT offer Tier 2 sponsorship Care Team Leader - Day Shifts Hourly Rate: £15.45 per hour Full-time Hours (3 to 4 shifts per week) 07:00 - 19:00 We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Care Team Leader for day shifts at our client’s care home. The ideal candidate will have a minimum Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, at least one year of experience in a residential or nursing home setting, and a strong understanding of Person-Centred Care Planning. As a Care Team Leader you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being of residents, promoting a safe and inclusive environment, and leading a team of care staff. What We’re Looking For Minimum of Level 3 in Health and Social Care Minimum of two years’ experience in a residential/nursing home setting in a similar role Awareness of the principles of Person-centred Care Planning Full driving license Satisfactory Care Character Assessment Experience of managing a team What’s On Offer Annual pay review and increases Free Uniform Fully funded training qualifications Pension contribution Responsibilities Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans Supervise and support care staff, providing guidance and mentoring as needed Act as a role model in the delivery of person-centred care, respecting the dignity and individuality of each resident Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for residents, staff, and visitors Participate in the development and review of care plans, ensuring they are tailored to meet the individual needs and preferences of residents Conduct regular staff meetings, appraisals, and training sessions to enhance the knowledge and skills of the care team Monitor and maintain comprehensive records in line with regulatory requirements Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to ensure the holistic well-being of residents Implement and adhere to safeguarding procedures to prevent and respond to abuse of vulnerable adults Act as a senior point of contact for residents and their families, resolving any concerns or issues with empathy and professionalism Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations applicable to the residential or nursing home setting Reference: WILL154544/JE INDNUR
