This is a key role within a dynamic commercial team, supporting the successful delivery of high-profile infrastructure projects across the network. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the commercial and contractual aspects of projects within the Metrolink franchise. Oversee the administration of NEC Contracts (ECC, PSC), including contract change management, early warnings, and payment applications. Monitor contract performance, including costs, revenue, forecasting, and risk management. Provide commercial support to project managers and operational teams, ensuring compliance with commercial procedures and governance. Prepare, review and negotiate contract documentation, subcontracts, and supply chain agreements. Liaise with key stakeholders including Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM), contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
