Customer Service Contract Manager - Nationwide

About the Role
You will be the primary contact for a portfolio of customers, managing contract performance, ensuring compliance, and driving profitable growth. This is a consultative, customer-facing role focused on service quality, financial optimisation and long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor contract performance for assigned customers
Ensure full Health & Safety compliance
Analyse profitability and recommend improvements
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Provide customers with proactive, strategic support as a trusted advisor
Improve fleet utilisation and reduce end-of-contract exposure
Share KPIs, data insights and service recommendations
Drive overall customer satisfaction and service excellence
Collaborate across departments to support group financial goals
Travel nationwide as required
What We're Looking For
Experience in intralogistics or materials handling (preferred)
Proven customer account management experience
Strong numeracy, analytical skills and IT literacy (Microsoft Office; SAP an advantage)
Able to influence at all levels and work under pressure
Self-starter with excellent time management
Full UK driving licence
Willingness to travel nationally (and occasionally internationally)
