We're Hiring: Freelance Tutors, Teachers and Youth Workers (Post-16 Education)

Are you passionate about empowering young people through creativity?
Do you have experience in filmmaking, photography, or digital media ?
MAC is looking forfreelance tutors, teachers, or youth workers to join our vibrant education and training team.
We deliver BTEC Level 1–3 Creative Media courses to post-16 learners, with a strong focus on wellbeing, inclusion, and hands-on learning .
What You’ll Do:
* Deliver engaging, practical lessons in creative disciplines
* Plan, assess, and verify coursework
* Support learners’ wellbeing through regular check-ins
* Deliver and assessEssential Skills Walesqualifications
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking freelancers available 3–5 days per week who are:
* Confident working with young people
* Passionate about inclusive, empathetic education
* Experienced in teaching, youth work, or mentoring
* Skilled in supporting learners withadditional learning needs (ALN)
* Qualified inMental Health First Aid(desirable)
