As a Qualified Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects and year groupsProvide classroom and learning support to students, helping them achieve their full potentialWork with individuals and small groups of pupils to support their learning and developmentAssist with behaviour management and promote positive relationships with studentsSupport pupils with additional learning needs where requiredHelp create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environmentEncourage student engagement, confidence, and independenceBuild strong relationships with pupils, teachers, and wider school staffMaintain high standards of professionalism and safeguarding at all timesAbout the school

To be considered for this role, you will:
Hold a recognised Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)Have experience working with children or young people in an educational settingPossess strong communication and interpersonal skillsHave a positive, patient, and supportive approachBe confident supporting pupils across different year groups and abilitiesBe adaptable, reliable, and able to work as part of a teamHave, or be willing to obtain, an Enhanced DBS Check registered on the Update ServiceHave the right to work in the UKSalary is dependent on experience, training, and qualifications.
