* Maintaining accurate case files and updating clients regularly on progress.

Requirements
* Qualified solicitor or legal executive specialising in residential property law.
* Proven experience managing residential property transactions from start to finish.
* Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently within tight deadlines.
