About the Estates Surveyor role
As an Estates Surveyor, you’ll play a vital role in managing a varied property portfolio across Wales, while being based in Cardiff with the flexibility of hybrid working.
Day to day, you’ll be:
1. Managing transactions including sales, purchases, lettings, licences and development opportunities.
2. Ensuring compliance with the Renting Homes (Wales) Act and Rent Smart Wales.
3. Working with internal teams, external partners, and legal advisors to ensure sound estate management.
4. Supporting improvements in property management systems and digital records.
