OTE: £27,880 – £31,480 (£25,480 base + uncapped commission)
Location: Belfast (On-site only)
Full-Time | Permanent | 40 hours/week between 8 AM – 8 PM, Monday to Sunday

Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound calls with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experience
Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions
Promote and upsell relevant products and services
Provide accurate pricing, quotes, and product info
Hit performance targets while maintaining compliance standards
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Strong communication and active listening skills
Background in customer service and/or sales
Target-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
Capable of handling objections and negotiating with confidence
Comfortable using multiple computer systems
