Account Manager - Terminals, Automation and Instrumentation We have an opportunity for an Account Manager - Terminals, Automation and Instrumentation to join our team at Honeywell, where you will be responsible for achieving sales and revenue targets for assigned sub-territories and customer accounts, and serving as a primary customer interface within the UK and Ireland. This includes developing and managing relationships directly or through channel partners, identifying and onboarding compatible partners, and communicating Honeywell's value to drive business outcomes. The role requires building long-term relationships with customers at all levels, including executives, and engaging early in the buying process to tailor solutions. Additionally, it entails managing daily operations, balancing superior customer service with strategic planning, identifying new sales opportunities, and advocating for customer needs within Honeywell, primarily focusing on industrial customers in the oil and gas storage sector. Champion customers' needs within Honeywell, establishing competitive advantages, maximizing their business potential, and serving as the main supplier interface for all products and services. Manage day-to-day operations and strategic planning, identify new sales opportunities, and build long-term relationships with industrial customers in the oil and gas storage sector, including various organisational levels. Key Skills and Qualifications Expertise in Account Management includes utilising market data to develop robust account plans and aligning with industry trends to ensure relevance and competitiveness. Strong skills in assessing and leveraging customers' businesses and drivers, enhancing the ability to deliver tailored solutions that meet specific client needs. Financial acumen and in-depth knowledge of commercial and contract terms contribute to informed decision-making and sustainable business practices. Familiarity with the storage terminal sector within the oil and gas industry, alongside knowledge of instrumentation and control equipment, particularly in custody transfer scenarios. Awareness of Hazardous Area Certification requirements and associated equipment is crucial to ensuring compliance and safety in operational environments.
