We’re looking for a bold, strategic Growth Director to help shape the next phase of a pioneering creative studio.
This isn’t a passive role waiting for leads to land. You’ll be creating opportunities, not just chasing them. You’ll bring sharp commercial instincts, a high-energy approach, and a deep understanding of how creative businesses grow.
You’ll be equal parts strategist, entrepreneur, and storyteller. Someone who thrives in creative environments, knows how to spot potential others miss, and isn’t afraid to take big swings to make big things happen.
As well as driving outward growth, you’ll help steer the internal structure and strategy behind that momentum. You’ll craft business plans, shape studio initiatives, and help lay the groundwork for long-term expansion.
The right person will be a natural connector and inspiring force. Someone who knows that growth isn’t just about numbers, but about people, ideas, and momentum.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and lead a growth strategy that opens new doors, elevates the studio’s visibility, and drives high-value opportunities
* Actively seek and create new business, not waiting for leads but generating them
* Lead outreach, pitch development, and relationship-building with potential partners and collaborators
* Collaborate closely with creative and leadership teams to align growth plans with the studio’s long-term vision
* Craft compelling narratives, proposals, and presentations that win work and build belief
* Represent the studio at events, industry gatherings, and cultural moments, building presence and forging meaningful connections
* Stay ahead of industry shifts, creative trends, and emerging opportunities to keep the studio future-ready
* Help shape the culture of growth across the studio, encouraging ambition, commercial creativity, and momentum across every discipline
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a senior Growth, Business Development, or Strategy role within a creative, design, digital, or innovation-driven environment
* A natural builder, proactive, focused, and always moving with purpose
* Confident communicator with a talent for building trust, opening conversations, and closing meaningful partnerships
* Commercially sharp with a strategic mindset and entrepreneurial drive
* Skilled in business planning and developing initiatives that support long-term creative and commercial goals
* Deep understanding of creative industries and how to translate creative vision into commercial opportunity
* Resilient, energetic, and self-directed, comfortable driving multiple initiatives in parallel
* Strong storytelling ability, able to communicate value and vision with clarity and emotion
* Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-moving, ambitious environments
* A genuine love for growth, of ideas, relationships, and creative impact
