This is a temporary role with a quick start, offering stability, purpose and flexibility. Why this role could work: Quick start and weekly pay Ideal if you are between jobs or nearing the end of a contract Long-term temp role with weekly pay (approx. 3 months) Potential to move into a permanent role Values-led, trauma-informed service The opportunity at a glance: Job title: Mental Health Case Worker Location: Blaenau Gwent (Working across two houses in Blaina) Hours: 33 hours per week Shifts: 3 x day shifts (between 8am and 5pm) 1 x sleep-in per week Rota: 6-week rolling rota (Monday to Sunday) Pay rate: £14.89 per hour (£13 p/hr £1.89 holiday pay) additional payment per sleep-in What you'll be doing: Supporting people with mental health and emotional wellbeing Helping individuals maintain stable tenancies Providing practical, emotional and social support Building trusting, supportive relationships Working in line with trauma-informed values Keeping clear and accurate support notes Who this role suits; Experience in mental health, supported housing or similar support roles Compassionate, patient and resilient approach DBS on the Update Service for a quick start Driver is helpful but not essential Interested?
