We are a friendly, family-run florist with a passion for creating beautiful floral arrangements and delivering exceptional customer service. We are looking for a reliable, organised, and personable Administration & Customer Care Assistant to become an important part of our small, dedicated team.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be supporting the smooth running of the business while ensuring every valued unique customer receives a warm and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Answering calls, responding to emails, online enquiries & account customers
* Processing orders accurately (in-store, phone, and online)
* Liaising with customers regarding deliveries, special requests, and events
* Managing daily schedules and delivery coordination
* Maintaining customer records and updating internal systems
* Assisting with invoicing, payments, and general office administration
* Supporting the team during busy seasonal periods (e.g., Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas)
About You
* Previous experience in administration and/or customer service
* Friendly, approachable, and confident speaking with customers
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software
* Able to multitask in a busy environment
* A positive, proactive attitude
* An appreciation for creativity and small business environments
