Food Production / Packer Operatives (2 Positions Available)
Shift Patterns:
Afternoons/ nights - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday (18:30pm - 12:30am or finish)
Days - Mondy - Friday (08:00am - 16:00pm)
* Pay Rate: £12.30 per hour + regular overtime available
Location: Rugby, CV21
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a thriving and expanding bakery based in Rugby, for two Food Production / Packer Operatives to join their dedicated team.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who is energetic, detail-oriented, and works well as part of a small, supportive team.
No previous experience required — full training will be provided! However, previous food production experience is an advantage.
Main Responsibilities:
* Packing and labelling customer orders
* Loading vehicles for delivery
* Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the working area
* Completing paperwork accurately
* Ensuring all tasks are completed within set timeframes
* Supporting the Warehouse Supervisor with other duties as required
