Secondary School Cover Supervisor – Day-to-Day Supply
Reed Education is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work on a day-to-day supply basis across a variety of secondary schools. This is a flexible opportunity ideal for individuals who enjoy working in education and supporting students’ learning when teachers are absent.
The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Supervise classes during teacher absence using pre-set work
* Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment
* Support pupils to stay on task and engage with their learning
* Follow school policies and safeguard student wellbeing
Requirements
* Previous experience working with young people (education, coaching, youth work, etc.)
* Strong classroom presence and communication skills
* Confidence managing behaviour in a secondary school setting
* A commitment to safeguarding and professionalism
