Key Responsibilities
* Providing one-on-one and group support to students, ensuring they receive the attention and assistance they need to thrive.
* Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
* Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
* Supporting students with special educational needs and adapting resources to meet their individual needs.
* A passion for supporting others through education and training.
* Monitoring the safeguarding of pupils.
Requirements of working as a Learning Support Assistant
* Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role is desirable.
* A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their educational development.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* An enhanced DBS certificate and the right to work in the UK.
* A Cache / NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning is desireable.
* Six months or more experience working within a classroom setting.
