As a manager in the Microsoft Dynamics team, you will play key role in leading Finance workstream across D365 projects in delivering complex enterprise solutions using Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform, ensuring alignment with client goals and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities on MS Dynamics 365 Finance
1. Ability to drive discovery or requirement gathering workshops
2. Can Serve as a primary point of contact with client stakeholders and internal leadership
3. Translate business requirements into deployable D365 solutions
4. Skilled at doing Fit Gap assessment
5. Strong internal and external product demonstration skills
6. Ability to draft D365 Process maps based on internal IPs or Microsoft Business Process catalogue
7. Contribute towards Project plan and follow delivery as per defined plan
8. Can estimate for the entire workstream
9. Play the role of Finance SME in a D365 program using his/her own experience and accounting knowledge
10. Provide solution recommendations through Architecture review boards or Design Authority
11. Aware of Modern Microsoft’s best practices while recommending solutions
12. Drafting complex functional design documents/functional specifications
13. Able to access new Microsoft releases and make recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
14. Ability to follow Design decisions during large programs
15. Adept at handling Azure DevOps during program delivery
16. Can lead and review configuration, testing and documentation activities and if required provide recommendations and suggestions based on modern Microsoft best practices
17. Well versed with Microsoft stack (Lifecycle Services, Business Process Catalogue, Task Guides, Office, MS Office etc)
18. Working knowledge of Power Platform
19. Knowledge of entire Finance modules in D365 including Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Budgeting & Taxation
20. Can identify risks and report any internal/external deviations against budget, schedule and resourcing to the program/project office
21. Can deliver training (Train the Trainer/End User Training) as per the agreed scope of the program
22. Provide on-going support to end users, assisting with trouble shooting or additional training via email, phone or site visits whilst liaising with Microsoft support team
23. Can contribute towards reusable asset creation for the firm including templates and methodologies
24. Knowledgeable about D365 data migration framework and Security configurations
25. Can work with 3rd parties like exchange rate providers, payment providers and tax authorities

26. Stakeholder management and working collaboratively with Development and Testing teams to deliver high quality solutions that meet client and user business needs.
27. Able to lead multi geography teams to ensure project timelines are met
28. Ability to manage near shore and offshore teams for build activities like configuration and testing
29. Can mentor and guide junior team members on the subject Area
30. Structured approach to problem-solving and project execution
31. Excellent time management and communication skills, well organised, consistently meeting commitments and creating high level deliverables
Must Haves
32. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field
33. Good understanding of financial end-to-end processes such as Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Procure to Pay, Acquire to Dispose
34. Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics used in Finance
35. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics solutions
36. Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate
37. At least two plus end to end AX/D365 implementation experience
38. English Proficiency is a must
39. Excellent articulation skills for workshops & meetings while using tools like Microsoft PowerPoint

40. Relevant Professional qualifications are a plus,, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CMA/RC, CPA/RA or other
41. Flexibility and willingness to travel
42. Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals
43. Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
44. Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals
45. Experience in using Microsoft Business Process catalogue on Azure DevOps
46. Experience on Mavim whist using Microsoft Process catalogue
47. Skilled at using Tax calculation Service and have deployed projects using Tax calculation services
48. Knowledge of Electronic reporting to build electronic report, bank payment files & bank reconciliation
49. Can recommend the right budgeting, expense management, consolidation & financial reporting solution (even outside of Microsoft stack to the client)
50. Knowledge of Making Tax Digital Services in UK
51. Have lead Finance module on multi company and multi country roll out programs
52. Proven Idea submissions Implemented by Microsoft
53. Has led data migration on at-least one Project
54. Experience in D365 Asset management and Leasing, Cost accounting module, D365 Project Operations/Project Management & Accounting
55. Experience with D365 cost management with a manufacturing client
56. Has worked on projects delivering features like Finance Insights, Payment predictions, Invoice capture, Globalisation studio, Electronic Invoicing
57. Knowledge of Microsoft CoPilot for Finance
