We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to support a South London organisation through a period of huge change You will provide support within the Business Partnering function to the organisational wide Target Operating Model transformation programme. This wil include dealing with large scale change activities and restructures/redesigns. You will have a clear focus on ensuring all employee relations related activities connected to change are triaged, documented and supported including areas such as redeployment, consultation letters, contractual changes etc. You may be required to also support wider ER cases such as disciplinaries, grievances and capability To be considered you need to have a strong ER background together with experience supporting change as part of your role and come with public sector experience within a unionised environment This is a fixed term contract of 12 months and is offered on a hybrid basis with 2-3 days in the office
