Flexibility to work from a variety of places including our office at Gadbrook Park, Northwich and home (dependent on the job role and the needs of our customer, our organisation and our teams)
The Opportunity
Weaver Vale Housing Trust has an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career with a great company. We are looking for a driven, diligent, and friendly Development Coordinator to join our Development Team.
Responsibilities
* As the Development Coordinator, you will work closely with the Development team, providing project management support and administrative functions.
* You will liaise with customers, key external stakeholders, and colleagues, and will coordinate the defect management process and ensure that any defects are resolved, and our service standards are met for our customers.
* Keep the Contracts register updated
* Play a key role in the dissemination and evaluation of Customer Satisfaction Surveys for our new homes
* Hold responsibility within the Development Team for invoicing
* You will assist with organisation of the CPD training programme for Development and Sales teams
* You will assist in the lead up to property handover, support at the actual handover and with post-handover requirements, to include: Keystone updates (Asset Register); Insurance records; QL uploads (including warranties)
* You will be required to support on Charging requirements for new build schemes in conjunction with the Development Project Manager and other teams
* You will assist the Development Project Managers to keep the Monitoring & Reporting of new build homes up to date
* You will assist Development Project Managers with feasibility studies
* You will play a key role in managing the Scheme Evaluation Review process and help to ensure that learning points from the process are actioned
* You will keep the Development section of the website up to date and manage the forward planning for communications
Qualifications and Requirements
* Minimum 5 Grade GCSE 4-9 / A* – C (Maths and English) or equivalent level of qualification.
* Experience of delivering high quality customer service in a customer focused environment.
* Experience of managing a diverse and varied workload
* Due to the nature of the role, a full current driving license and access to a car is essential. The role will also require the successful candidate to undergo a DBS check.
