Job Description
As the Property Administrator, you will be:
3. Providing general administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
4. Managing and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
5. Coordinating meetings, including scheduling and preparing materials.
6. Handling correspondence, such as emails and phone calls, in a timely manner.
7. Assisting with data entry and maintaining databases.
8. Preparing reports and presentations as required.
9. Ensuring office supplies are well-stocked and organised.
10. Liaising with internal teams to support day-to-day operation
The Successful Applicant
A successful Admin Support should have:
11. Previous experience in an administrative or similar support role.
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
13. Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
14. The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
