We are currently recruiting for a Health and Fitness Coach to join us.
The role involves inspiring members to achieve their goals, delivering group fitness and small group training sessions, and potentially providing personal training. You will coach members on effective health and fitness programs tailored to their needs and advise on the safe use of exercise equipment. You will also foster a community-oriented environment, building clubs within clubs, and always delivering excellent customer service.
This role involves high levels of customer interaction and may require assisting other staff members. You will contribute to a safe, fun, and professional working environment with excellent development opportunities, free membership, and various discounts.
Serco manages these facilities on behalf of the Trust.
About you
The successful candidate will be passionate, enthusiastic, and committed to providing the best service to visitors. You should have good personal presentation, communication, and customer service skills.
It is essential to have a Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification and be actively working towards a Level 3 Advanced Instructor qualification.
Experience or interest in the leisure industry is beneficial but not essential.
