Customer Service Representative
to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a background in
customer support

sales support
, who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys working with a variety of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for both
performers
and
venues
, responding to enquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Support users of the company's
event management app
, assisting with technical queries and general platform guidance.
* Coordinate schedules and availability, helping to match
performers to venues
and manage shift arrangements effectively.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships, providing excellent customer service and fostering a positive user experience.
* Utilise tools such as
Microsoft Excel
and
Outlook
to track bookings, update records, and manage communications.
Candidate Profile:
* Previous experience in a
customer service
,
client support
, or
sales support
role is essential.
* A confident and empathetic communicator, both written and verbal.
* Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Resilient and enthusiastic, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
