The Role
* Convert design proposals into accurate technical drawings and construction information
* Prepare detailed working drawings, specifications, and schedules for residential and mixed-use projects
* Oversee and coordinate the technical delivery of projects from early design through to completion
* Ensure all documentation complies with current Building Regulations, planning policies, and quality benchmarks
