Salary: £25,500 - 30,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills and a keen interest in the tech and ISP industry. We need someone ready to step into a first-line support and customer service role. You must be able to work calmly under pressure and deal with clients in a polite and efficient manner. You should have a methodical approach to problem-solving and good diagnostic skills. You must be able to take and make calls, prioritise tasks, and action incoming support tickets, emails, and calls. You should be able to create and maintain documentation such as user guides, known issues, fixes, and customer helpsheets. You need good knowledge of hardware fault finding, software issue resolution, wireless technology, and basic IP telephony. You must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work effectively as part of a team and also use your own initiative. This is a full-time, permanent, in-person role based in Poole. Experience with programme and preparation of kit such as routers and telephones is desirable. Willingness to complete site visits to support router and phone installation is required. Responsibilities: We will rely on you to provide first-line customer service and technical support. You will programme and prepare kit such as routers and telephones. You will troubleshoot issues using a methodical and diagnostic approach. You will take and make calls, prioritise incoming support tickets, emails, and calls, and follow up actions. You will create and update support documentation to improve efficiency, including user guides, known issues, fixes, and customer helpsheets. You will carry out hardware fault finding and software issue resolution. You will support wireless technology and basic IP telephony queries. You will complete postage and packaging for kit items. You will attend site visits as required to help install routers and phones. You will work closely with our team while also managing tasks independently. This is a full-time, permanent position working in person, with a salary of £25,500 to £30,000 per year.
