Payroll Specialist
Permanent role based in Peterborough, UK. Hybrid working with 40 hours per week.
We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage UK payroll for approximately 7,000 FTE employees.
Key responsibilities
* Process accurate and timely payroll for all 7,000+ employees.
* Manage pension enrolment, benefits and statutory compliance (PAYE, NI, AE).
* Maintain HRMS data and payroll systems and produce payroll reports.
* Handle employee queries and support the payroll dashboard.
* Drive efficiency across payroll processes and systems.
Your profile
* Professional experience in UK payroll.
* Understanding of payroll legislation, pensions and compliance.
* Advanced Excel skills for reconciliation and reporting.
* Process improvement mindset.
Desirable skills
* CIPP qualification.
* Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HR.
